At Harbor Church, we believe everyone is a minister. The following is a list of our ministries and other serving opportunities to help you find a ministry match. If one or more potential opportunities interest you, reach out to the ministry coordinator and he/she will get in touch with you. Thanks for helping us continue to broaden and deepen as a church who has a passion to build big people and bless others.
Setup and Teardown Team
Arrive at 8:30 AM, help unload trailer, set up all areas for Sunday morning service, assist with tearing down all equipment after the service and reload the trailer. Team usually finishes by 12:30 PM.
Ushers Team
Arrive by 10:00 AM, help prepare public areas, setup any crowd control devices, greet guests, assist with offering and communion, help clean up after service is over.
Greeter/Connect Table
Arrive by 10:00 AM, set up Connect Table by front door, greet visitors, provide information, and hand out welcome information to first time visitors, take down table at the end of the service.
Worship Team
Arrive by 8:30 AM on Sunday morning to warm up, lead the congregation in worship, attend weekly practices on the weeks you are scheduled to sing/play. (Required: Attend Character Audition Meeting)
Tech Team
Arrive by 8:30 AM on Sunday morning to help setup sound and video equipment. Positions include presenting worship lyrics, notes, and videos on screen, running soundboard, light console, live streaming. (Required: Training on equipment)
Children’s Ministry
Teachers and helpers needed in the Harbor Kids Ministry.
