Johnny Jones
Lead Pastor
Johnny grew up in Eastern North Carolina and served in the United States Marine Corps for four years. In 2005 Johnny received a degree in Pastoral Ministry from Jacksonville Theological Seminary. Having both an entrepreneurial spirit, and a heart for ministry Johnny has had significant experience in both. In 2012 his lifelong interest in radio came to fruition as he launched My Bridge FM, a local CCM broadcast radio station, that later became SOZO Radio, an all-digital worship station that can be heard around the world. He published his first book, The SOZO Life in 2022 that is available through online book sellers. Johnny and his wife Jen, enjoy spending time with their large family and life in the Inner Banks town of Washington NC.
Jen Jones
Administrator/Children's Ministry Director
Jen grew up in New Jersey and moved to Lynchburg, Virginia as a young adult. She studied at Liberty University earning both her undergraduate and graduate degrees in education. She served as an elementary school teacher and reading specialist for 15 years prior to her move to North Carolina. Jen is married to Pastor Johnny and they enjoy life in Eastern North Carolina, spending time with family, and serving together at Harbor Church.
Courtney Jones
Worship Director
Courtney grew up in Eastern North Carolina and attended Alexander Paul Hair Institute after high school. After Courtney's first year in her cosmetology career, she felt Jesus calling her to Dallas, TX to attend UPPERROOM School of Ministry. Courtney graduated from USM in May, 2023. Courtney has an anointing and passion for leading people in to worship through prayer, thanksgiving and flowing in the spontaneous. Courtney loves hanging out with her friends & family, staying active and she can't live without Jesus & her iced coffee of course!
Joel Jones
Production/Creative Director
Joel grew up in Eastern North Carolina and is a graduate of Pitt Community College, where he earned his associate's degree. With a deep passion for technology, Joel is dedicated to finding innovative ways to support the church and its mission. Outside of his work, he cherishes spending time with his fiancée, Abigail, enjoys watching sports, and loves connecting with family and friends.
